What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the continental United States. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery typically taking 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can your artificial plants be used outdoors?
While many of our items are designed for indoor use, we offer a specific selection of UV-resistant outdoor-rated plants. Regular silk items may fade if exposed to direct sunlight and harsh weather for extended periods.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your greenery. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping and restocking fees.
How do I maintain and clean my silk arrangements?
Maintenance is simple. We recommend dusting your plants once a month with a feather duster or a soft microfiber cloth. For deeper cleans, a specialized silk plant cleaning spray can be used to restore their original luster.
Do the plants come with the decorative pots shown in the photos?
Most of our trees and plants arrive in a non-decorative 'starter pot' designed to provide stability. This allows you to easily place the item into a decorative planter of your choice to match your home decor.
