At Silks Are Forever, we want you to be completely satisfied with your everlasting floral arrangements and greenery. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your home decor, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all stems and petals are secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned greenery, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
